Experimental Art and Interdiscplinary Performance

Our events are designed to celebrate interdisciplinary storytelling. By creating a community of musicians, artists, writers, filmmakers, scientists and inventors (and more), we can engage with our shared past, our present and look to what can be. FABLE ARTS' aim is to expand what it means to experience art.

We curate concerts, exhibitions and experiences welcoming all audiences. With open doors (and open ears), come along and share stories with us.

FABLE ARTS is comitted to working towards a sustainable future for contemporary art, music and public programming.

To achieve this, our objectives are

i) Equal opportunity in all aspects of our practices inclusive of: artist representation, consultation, programming and curation;

ii) Challenge the limitations of traditional classical music and fine art, and to  perform and commission 21st century music;

iii) Promote healthy discourse and encourage open critique of our practices;

iv) Champion the right to experience and access art for all, by actively improving our open access and accessibility practices - digitally and physically - and seek to engage with broader audiences internationally.

In addition, ALL our artists, programs and opportunities are PAID. We do not support the exploitative culture where artists, particularly the young and emerging, are expected to work unpaid in exchange for exposure.
